On Wednesday Apr 24, 2024 we interviewed Mrs. Toellner, the secretary at our school. We asked her how she likes working at St Brendan’s School and she said “she really enjoys working here and thinks it is super fun.” She started working here because it was a good opportunity and her friends have jobs similar to this. The most kids she has helped in a day is 15! Believe it or not, Mrs. Toellner used to be a nurse–she used to be a post op (after operation) surgical nurse. The patients she would see were ones who had come out of surgery. She stopped being a nurse after her oldest son was born. Mrs. Toellner owns two businesses: Martha Rose and Gold Crest that sell outdoor natural and bird products. She is very sweet and we are lucky to have her at our school!
