Last week our 8th grade Mexico volleyball team won our tournament. We first played Centrallia, then we played Linn, and then to determine 1st place we played North Callaway. In between our second game and 1st place game we had to wait three hours for the other games to finish. We won all three of our games, and got 1st place! In the last game we had to play 3 sets to determine the winner. After the 1st place game our coach was given the plaque to show us. We all took pictures with it because there were no medals. It was a really good tournament and I am so proud and happy for my team.
