CSW Fun

On the first day of Catholic Schools Week students dressed as their vocation or what they thought God was calling them to do. The first fun thing of the week was an assembly where the high school students from Mexico High School performed a bunch of small little skits. Mrs. Given brought them to St Brendan.

On the second day of Catholic School Week students were dressed as a hunter or animal. The special thing that day was buddy work. Every class went with a class and did a bunch of different crafts and other activities.

On the third day of Catholic Schools Week it was color day and all students dressed up in a bunch of bright colorful clothing. The special thing for middle school was watching movies. They got to bring their own snacks. There were three options for what movie to watch. For the little kids it was bowling. They went bowling.

On the fourth day of Catholic Schools Week we dressed in our best clothes. The fun thing that day was the jazz band from the high school.  They came and played a bunch of different songs for everyone in our school.

On the last day of Catholic Schools Week we dressed in school colors to show our school spirit. The fun thing was the same as the third day but swapped so the middle school went bowling and the little kids watched a movie in the gym in which the Mexico Movie theaters donated popcorn for the elementary kids.

Next year we would like to have a pajama day and a day where friends match and I think other people would agree.
