The football season officially started August 17th. The people that play football that go to Saint Brendan’s are Connor, Barrett, Ethan, Karson, and Korbyn. We practice at Mexico Middle School everyday from 3:30 to 5:30. On Fridays we practice in the morning at 6:00 to 7:15. We have our games at the Mexico High School Football field. The 7th grade team plays their games at 5:30. The 8th grade plays after the 7th grade game. We played Hannibal September 5th. The 7th graders lost 64-6. The 8th graders won 12-8 with 50 seconds left. We were losing by two points and the other team had the ball but our teammate Kael stripped the ball and ran like 40 yards down the field. Then we scored and held them after that on defense to win the game.
