Going to Saint Brendan’s has been an amazing experience. I have made so many friends and have learned so much from the people around. I can’t believe this is already my last year. Although I am sad to leave this school I am still glad to be moving on with my life. All of my teachers have been amazing from starting my years with Mrs. Lamb in preschool and ending the school years with Mrs. Lamb. I am so glad that she chose to come back and teach us again.
This place has so many memories and I will never forget this school. For some new students here is some advice for having a fantastic year every year with this school.
The first thing is make as many friends as you can. I have made so many friends now even after so many people have left the amazing friends I have are Leah, Avery, Lorisa, and Cecilia. I love my class and at first I didn’t think I would miss this class but the closer to the end of the school year is coming the more sad it is getting because I have spent 10 years with this specific class. We have had so many people leave and so many people come. Lorisa, Cecilia, and Elaine are the new students that have come to our school and if you saw how easily they made friends you would understand why this school is so amazing. Jake and Cody are somewhat new but they were here in preschool so they don’t really count.
The second thing is DO YOUR HOMEWORK! If you don’t get your homework done in time you’ll miss out on so many things like house competitions, house in general, field trips, field day, talent show and so many other activities.
The last thing to make it in the rest of your school years at Saint Brendan’s is to have fun. School is for learning but there’s no reason not to have some fun. Some things my class has done are we got lost in the woods (we all were ok), Cody falling into cacti, everyone laughing at the lunch tables, Avery falling out of her chair during kahoots, vocation day making lots of new friends, our class parties, Lorisa spilling her plate of nachos everywhere at our 7th grade Christmas party. These are all examples of my class having the time of our lives. There are so many other memories but if I told you all of them this story would never end.
